The Business Club Presents; The Business Case for Empathy with Leanne Butterworth

Empathy has become one of the most misunderstood tools in business. When used well, it directly influences performance, retention, reputation, and long-term growth.

This engaging breakfast session unpacks how healthy empathy shows up in real workplaces and why leaders who understand it create stronger, more profitable teams.

You’ll walk away with insights on how to:

  • Strengthen trust and connection across teams
  • Improve retention and engagement
  • Create a shared language that reduces friction
  • Build workplaces where people contribute at their best
  • Develop resilient, inclusive business cultures

Healthy empathy strengthens resilience, builds inclusion, and creates workplaces where people feel heard, valued, and motivated to perform at their best.
